Being gluten-free isn’t easy, especially if you are extremely sensitive like I am. That means going out to eat doesn’t happen often because of air cross contamination. So I try to come of with my own tastier, healthier version of a lot of foods. Please feel free to leave a comment on how to make a recipe better!
